Introduction
The solder wires are manufactured with the R flux which matched the composition of the purified lead-free solders. There is no damage to sensitive component. A variety of alloy composition of solder wires can be provided for users. It meets the requirements of RoHS and REACH.
Characteristics
The halgen content complies with relevant laws and regulations, the special non-halogen active materials can offer excellent fluidity.
